Art: GUESS WHAT I STARTED USING?! A NEW TABLET! Combined with acquired knowledge of Photoshop, I think I have done a really good job and am raising the bar for myself. I am really paranoid about art theft even though I know I"m not the best so forgive that white blurb of text. I resized my picture so it should be fine. Also, don't ask me why all the shading is purple. It just looked pretty so I went with the flow... Also, Rosetta's signature color is purple in a way.
Character: This is Rosetta, again, she has the zodiac of the sheep on her shoulders. This is Rosetta in her real clothes without her cloak. She's a bit of a tomboy. She is quiet on the surface and a bit of a mute around strangers but is very open and even snarky around people she knows well. As the main character, there are so many different characters around her in her life that she gets carried away by just watching them rather than focusing on herself. Later on, she will suffer from an inferiority complex though but I can't really say more than that now can I?
Edit: I got rid of the purple shading because some people complained, out of DA and on. I still like it though. ^^ Art (c) Kim Cadogan (DA: KremlinDusky) Character (c) Kim Cadogan (DA: KremlinDusky)
The purple shading really works everywhere except</> the brown spots. It's too much clash and the purple seems like the lighter colour. I'd use a multiply effect or pick a darker purple for everything brown.
The art is gorgeous, the foreshortening with her arms is done especially well, and I love the shape of her hair. You also managed the sheep horns+ears very well without making it seem jarring.
And the background is excellent. Simple, but effective!
I think as long as it kept a noticeably purple tint it would've looked fine. The only issue was that the purple shading looked brighter than the brown it was supposed to be shading for.

I found one other thing to point out~ The left ankle looks ... not there. I don't know if it's the boot, but it all seems to run together.
